Cancellation Policy
Kids/Additional guests:
I kindly ask you to please not bring any kids or additional guests unless being serviced.
Late Arrival:
You will have a grace period of 15 minutes after the set appointment time to arrive. If you exceed the 15 minutes, your appointment is subject to be rescheduled.
Cancellations/No Shows:
A minimum of 24 hours notice in advance of your appointment is required to reschedule or cancel.
A credit card on file is required upon scheduling your appointment to reserve the appointment time.
All appointments canceled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit will not be applied to your next appointment.
No call/ no shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No shows will be banned from booking again.
Adjustments:
All services are non-refundable. If in the event you aren’t completely satisfied, adjustments to your color or cut are complimentary if notified within 48 hours after your service was done and before the hair has been washed. After 48 hours, you will be charged.
